History

1. In 1990, a textile fabric enterprise took shape in Xiqiao of Guangdong – a POS of fabric.

2. In 1992, moved from Xiqiao to Puning of Guangdong.

3. In 1996, Yuhua Fabric Co., Ltd. (former of Yuhua Textile) was established officially in Guangzhou.

4. In 2003, with the constant growth of the company’s business, Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd. set up four branches in Guangzhou of Guangdong and Shaoxing of Zhejiang: Shaoxing Yushang, Shaoxing Haosheng, Guangzhou Yangxian and Guangzhou Xiaocheng.

5. In 2004, a new branch was established in Keqiao, Shaoxing – Zhejiang Yuyue Textile Co., Ltd.

6. In 2008, Zhejiang Yuhua Holding Group was established (in addition to the fabric companies mentioned above, the subsidiaries also include Sichuan Chuannan Grand Market Co., Ltd.)
